He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ed Ballard and Fronie Blevins Bowers; his stepfather Luther Bowers; and his brother Marvin Bud Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ballard; his children, Bobby Ballard and Trinety Loud (Billy); his granddaughter Addison of Maryville, TN; and his siblings, Wade Ballard (Carolyn) of Bluff City, Dale Ballard, Ron (Phuong) of Clarksville, TN and Susie Lane of Elizabethton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
