He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lee and Bobbie Jean Winters McQueen; his in-laws, Cecil and Georgia Tolley; his daughter Victoria Faith; and his brothers, Billy Harrell and Edward Gilbert.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Tolley-McQueen; his daughters, Alexandria (Logan Craft) of Elizabethton, Katarina (David Finney) of Elizabethton and Izabella McQueen of Elizabethton; his siblings, Danny (Annie McQueen), Randy (Nona McQueen), Betty Harrell Arrowood and Larry Gilbert; and his siblings-in-law, Cecil Wayne Tolley, Betty, Jobe Tolley and Kitty Tolley (Marshall Simerly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
