He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lynette Blevins; his sister Glenda "Sissy" Buckles; his children, Kenny Blevins and Amanda Barrett (Garfield Barrett); his stepson Steven Oliver (Brittany); his grandchildren, Matthew Proffit, Dylan Barrett (Kelsey), Makayla "Katie" Barrett and Olivia Lethcoe; his great grandchildren, Samuel Barrett, Jackson Proffitt, Harper Proffitt and Bentley Proffitt; and his close friend Mark Riddle.
