It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Maloy of Elizabethton, Tennessee, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James E Maloy Sr. and Patsy Ziegler Maloy; his wife Angela B Maloy; his brothers, Robert, James and Ronald; his son Dennis Lee Barnard III; and his grandson Dennis Lee Barnard IV.
He is survived by: his children, John W Barnard (Joann) of Hagerstown, MD, Jack Barnard (Kathy) of Morganton, NC, Dorothy Arnett of Newland, NC, Donielle Maloy of Hagerstown, MD and Daisy Diane Mckinney (Aaron) of Elizabethton, TN; and his siblings, Debbie Smith, Merle Maloy and Richard Maloy. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
