He is survived by: his wife Ellen Taylor; his children, Codi Taylor (Samuel) of Watauga and Jesse Taylor (Savannah) of Watauga; his stepchildren, Wes Wright (Nikki) of Elizabethton and Chelsey Kirkland (Ashton) of Kingsport; his grandchildren, Sydnie Brock, Raygen Brock and Kaden Ledford; his stepgrandchildren, Julian Wright, Braxton Wright, Olive Kirkland and Nash Kirkland; and his siblings, Frank Taylor (Carol), Penny Cole (Jerry) and Sheila Hartley (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
