She was predeceased by: her parents, Vegie Tidwell and Thelma Inez Tidwell (Collins); her husband William E. "Jack" Mann; and her brothers, Hyman Tidwell (Pansy) and James Ollie Tidwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Nave (Conn) of Elizabethton, TN and Tracie A Mann of Johnson City, TN; and her sister Inez Duren of Atlanta.
