He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Arnold and Camilla Stout Arnold; and his sons, Christopher, Matthew and Stephen.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hall Arnold; his daughter Kimberly Hawk (Josh); his siblings, Bryan Arnold (Shelia), Jeanette Glover and Betty Parlier (Kenneth); his daughter-in-law Tara; his grandchildren, Hayley, Ava and Hunter; and his cousins, Rick Arnold, Jeff Underwood and Terry Taylor.
In lieu of flowers his wife , Cathy ask that donations to the Elizabethton Elks Lodge # 1847 in Gerald's name.
