She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Taylor and Joe E Taylor; and her brothers-in-law, Lloyd Grindstaff, Ronald Kelly and Kenneth Woods.

She is survived by: her husband Luther Woods; her son David Woods (Debbie); her granddaughter Amber Woods; her great grandchildren, Adrian Woods and Ellee Woods; her siblings, Ronnie Taylor (Loretta), Arrie Jo Grindstaff (Lloyd) and Hazel Ellis (Bill); and her sisters-in-law, Norma Jean Woods Kelly (Ronald), Judy Smith (Jerry) and Janice Woods (Kenneth). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
