She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Stout and Ester Stout; her husband Eulis Lee Bumgarner; and her grandson Steven Alexander Bumgarner. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Bumgarner (Teresa), Lee Anne Bumgarner (Tania San Julian), Jessica Broyles (Ben) and Carla; and her granddaughter Caira of Erwin. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and honorary grandchildren.
