Va, Deborah Fairman (Roger) of Elizabethton, TN and Donald Smeltzer of Punxsutawney, PA; his grandchildren, Michael Smeltzer (Janet) of Troy, IL, Samantha Smeltzer Sugino (Yoshi), Katherine Grundy (Matt), Andrew Papier (Shannon) of Piedmont, SC, Rebecca Garcia (Clayton), Sarah Huffman (Michael), Lynn Smeltzer (Rachael), James Fairman Springs (Ashley) of Colorado and Brandy Coates of Elizabethton, TN; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Evan, Carly, Rilan, Anthony, Marisa, Ava, Abigail, Riley, Millie, Tyler, Eliza, Octavian, Jordyn and Avrum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
