He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Perry and George Perry; his son Joshua Lightsey (J. L.); his siblings, George Perry, David Perry, Joan Kyker (Eddie) and Brenda Burleson (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Keith Benfield and Brenda Perry.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Perry (Jackie), Matt Neece (Christy) and Jared Lightsey (Hannah); his grandchildren, Dylan Perry, Ashelynn Perry, Chase Perry, Jordan Lightsey, Kamryn Lien, Gage Lightsey, Taneah Lightsey, Jade Lightsey, Aliyah Lightsey and Cassius Neece; his great grandchildren, Emmit Genet, Nora Perry and Oliver Lien; his siblings, Ken Perry and Barbara Benfield; and his close friends, Hubey Chapman, Ron McCall, Ronnie Caldwell, Ken Clark, Joel Venneman, Paul Bellamy, Joe Buckles and Samantha Clawson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
