He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Earp; his son-in-law Scotty of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Amber Earp of Elizabethton, Autumn Earp of Knoxville and Madi Babb of Kingsport; his grandson-in-law Justin Babb of Kingsport; his great grandchildren, EffieMae Maxine, Grayson and Chloe; his brother-in-law Earnest Hicks of Elizabethton; his adoptive mother Glenda Pounds; his nephew Cecil Wiseman; his close friends, Bunton, Paul Jones and Terry Moffitt; his cousin Jimmie Wiseman; his pet Ceeley; and his caregivers, Deborah Morell, Bridget Jones, Leeandria Huntsmen and Cindy Hoilman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Stines Cemetery (Poga Community).
