Though Jackie may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jackie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howell and Juanita Johnson Howell; and his wife Brenda Salyer Howell. He is survived by: his children, Julie Taylor, Kevin Lewis (Melissa), Katina Wilson and Jackie Hatfield (Greg); his sister Nancy Markland; and his caregivers, Lindsey, Nikki, Juanita and Tisha. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
