With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline C Brown of Elizabethton, Tennessee, born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2023 at the age of 63. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Higgins and Milan Higgins; and her brother Fred Alan Higgins. She is survived by: her husband Scott Brown; her children, Bradley (Jenna) and Whitney Sivarajan (Joshua); and her grandchildren, Luca, Roan, Priyalena, Boaz, Davy and Nayva.

During the pandemic alone Jackie personally ministered to 1200 people, leading 350 to the Lord.
