He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Wiley; his siblings, Robert Wiley and Kathy Douglas; his mother Virginia Taylor of Elizabethton; his brother Norman; his sister-in-law Cheryl Wiley of Oldsmar, Florida.; and his close friend Charlie (Debbie Campbell) of Mississippi.
