He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mervin Stout and Mary Maxine Campbell Stout; his grandson Andrew Easton Fair; and his sisters, Marie Johnson, Kay Stout and Sherry Simerly Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia Toni Stoler Stout; his children, David Stout (Angela) and Tracy Fair (Stacy); his grandchildren, Dalton Fair (Emily) and Gracie Stout; and his siblings, Dennis Stout (Nancy), Vickey Tipton and Debbie Stout. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
