He was predeceased by : his parents, James L. Ferguson and Ruby Ferguson; his brother Philip D. Ferguson; and his brother-in-law Ed Nave. He is survived by : his wife Sonja; his children, Wendy Campbell (Rick) of Telford and Rev. Jamie Ferguson (Tracey); his brothers, Rev. Sam Ferguson (Carolyn) of Elizabethton and David Ferguson (Kristy) of Elizabethton; and his grandchildren, Andrew Ferguson and Abigail Ferguson.

Those who wish to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:50 A. M. and to please wear a mask due to the rising numbers of Covid cases.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the building fund at Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church, 1727 Chinquapin Grove Rd, Bluff City, TN 37618.
