He is survived by: his children, Cathy Curtis of Elizabethton, Jo Ellen Campbell (Craig McNeil) of Elizabethton and Marc Campbell (Laura) of Easley, SC; his grandchildren, Andy Curtis, Erica, Ryan Curtis, Hunter Pierson, Brianna, Anna Grace Campbell, Jacob Stokes and Joshua Stokes; his great grandchild Avery Curtis; his brothers, Paul Campbell (Wanda) of Apex, NC and Harold Bill Campbell (Lorraine) of Elizabethton; his siblings-in-law, Judy Campbell of Johnson City and Ted Hughes of Johnson City; Steve, Geneva Burrough, Ken and Diane Long.
