It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet R Perrigan Arnold of Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferrell Perrigan and Sherry Turner Perrigan. She is survived by: her sons, Clinton, Chassity Arnold and Joshua Arnold (Hannah Rasnick); her grandson Jackson Arnold; and the father of her children Clifford Arnold.
