He is survived by: his parents, William Ray and Sandra Kay Blair of Roan Mountain; his significant other Mikinna Blair of North Carolina; his siblings, Brian (Amanda Blair), Michael (Amanda Blair) and Janel (Ray Howell); and his close friend Peggy Sue Hicks. He is also survived by two nieces, four nephews, one great niece and one great nephew.
