He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wiggins and Maymie McCall Wiggins. He is survived by: his grandson John Parker; his extended family, Mary Weddle, Sarah and Judd Howser; his wife Peggy Wiggins; his sons, Michael Wiggins (Michelle), Marc Wiggins (Shelli) and Paul Wiggins (Rhonda); his grandson John Parker Wiggins; and his friend Susanne Robbins.
In lieu of flowers, donations envelopes will be available at the funeral home for the Gideons International or to First Baptist Church, Elizabethton, in memory of John.
