He is survived by: his daughter Jaime Slemp Horton (Jason) of Blountville, TN; his grandchildren, Brian Horton of Blountville, TN, Sierra Horton of Blountville, TN and Nathaniel Horton of Blountville, TN; his siblings, Jerry Slemp (Janice) of Elizabethton, TN and Marti Tuelle of Knoxville, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Slemp of Elizabethton and Jean Slemp of Elizabethton.
