He is survived by: his parents, James William Rogers of Elizabethton and Linda Wallace Oliver of Elizabethton; his stepmother Elsie Rogers of Elizabethton; his daughter Crystal Milner of Elizabethton; his sister Lisa Rogers Bane (Gary) of Elizabethton; and his cousins, Scott Rogers of Elizabethton, Gary Wallace, Jr. of Elizabethton and Christy Sherfey of Elizabethton.
