He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Oliver and Eva Pierce Oliver; his siblings, James, Paul, Johnny Oliver, Bertha, Elsie, Marie, Ruth and Faye; and his grandson-in-law Steven Justin Branch.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Williams Oliver; his children, Annette Batich (Dwayne), Billy Joe Oliver and Mary Whitaker; his grandchildren, Melinda Branch, Kristina Hight (Cody), Brittany Thurman, John Morton, Terry Morris, Jr. (Heather) and Dakota Whitaker; his great grandchildren, Andrew Tanner, Tiffany Tanner, Jonathan Branch, Kierah Hight Evangeline Baker, Skylar Richter, Hunter Thurman, Leo Thurman, Ava Morton, Jaden Coleman, Bentley Morris and Aubrey Morris; and his siblings, Sarah Blevins, Onie Williams (Ray), Hazel Arnold and Wayne Oliver (Shelia).
