Joyce Lambert Loudermilk Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Lambert Loudermilk (Elizabethton, Tennessee), born in Lenoir, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Lambert and Sarah Louise Lambert (Sturgill); and her brother James Calvin Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Wesley Loudermilk; her sons, Michael Lee Loudermilk of Johnson City, TN and Lynn Edward Loudermilk (Gretchen) of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Derek Loudermilk (Heidi), Sara Loudermilk Propst (Laban) and Justin Loudermilk; Rilyn Propst, Wesley Propst, Axel Loudermilk, Chloe Loudermilk and Franklin Loudermilk. She is also survived by her family, friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Elizabethton (513 Hattie Ave, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601).
