She is survived by: her children, Tammy Wallace Lipford (Gary), Tenn, Michael Lipford (Phyllis) of Concord, NC and Todd Lipford (Pam) of Charlotte, NC.; her grandchildren, Devin Lipford, Jessica Wallace, Melissa Phillips, Ashley Lipford, Hannah Lipford and Haleigh Lipford; and her siblings, Donna Carroll (Robert), Jerry Rumley (Barbara) and Darrell Garland (Lee).
