She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Carter (Chris) of Elizabethton; her grandchildren, Russell Carter of Elizabethton, Seth Carter of Elizabethton, Schaun Carter (Britney) of Elizabethton and Bo Carter (Courtney) of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Kallie Carter and Ava Carter; and her sisters, Margaret Luttrell of Elizabethton and Sandra "Diddle" Perkins of Elizabethton.
