We are sad to announce that, on May 15, 2022, at the age of 78, Karen DeEtte (Petrey) Meadows (Elizabethton, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James R. Petrey; her husband Al Meadows; and her son Kenneth Michael Sheffield. She is survived by: her children, Kim Haney (Richard) of Elizabethton and Kevin Sheffield (Christie) of Knoxville; her daughter-in-law Cindy Sheffield of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Haney of Elizabethton, Jake Sheffield of Knoxville, Lindsey McKee (Ian) of Maryville, TN and Chloe Wright of Knoxville; her sister Roberta Bowers (J. C.) of Elizabethton; and her close friends, Mary Crawford, Kesha and Peggy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
