He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McQueen and Ollie McQueen (Caudill); his wife Gail Russell McQueen (Stevens); his sister Ruthie Vaughn; his brother-in-law Ray Vaughn; and his great-nephew Matthew Wills.
He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Rambo of Elizabethton, Mary Davis (Merrill) of Elizabethton and Sam McQueen (Helen) of Poplar; and his siblings' children, Patty Rambo, Holly Rambo Carter, Kimber Russell Vaughn, Cameron McQueen, Lisa McQueen Walston and Samantha McQueen.
