He is survived by: his significant other Gail Arnold; his children, Barbara Fullerton of Dumas, TX and Bobby Paul Perry of Dimmitt, TX; and his siblings, Gary Perry (Mary) of Elizabethton, Preston Perry Jr. of Bristol, TN, Judy Calloway (Robert) of Elizabethton, Betty Odom (David) of Elizabethton, Barbara Pelletier (Ernie) of Elizabethton and Penny Bradley of Watauga, TN.
