She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Phillips and Linda Street Phillips of Johnson City; her husband Charles "Chuck" Hampton; her son Austin Hampton of Elizabethton; her granddaughter Adalyn Jo Hampton; her siblings, Wayne Phillips of Gray and Sharon Bennett of Johnson City; her nephews, Landon Murray and Jared Phillips; and her close friend Ann Cardwell.
