He is survived by: his wife Virginia Brewer Blevins; his children, William Mike Blevins (Linda) of Elizabethton, Jim Lewis Blevins, Donna Carol Fagan (Mike) of Elizabethton and Amy Christine Hamm of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Timothy Blevins, David Blevins, Jake Fagan, Luke Gilbert (Lindsay), Micayla Hamm (Devon Jarrett), Caleb Hamm and Nickolas Hamm; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Gilbert, Ryker Jarrett, Chase Blevins, Cameron Blevins, Alisha Blevins, Henry James Gilbert and Raven Jade Jarrett.
