She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Vines and Polly Hicks Vines; and her brothers, Vernon Vines and Brownlow Vines. She is survived by: her husband Walter S. Carrier; her brother Arnold Vines (Linda) of Elizabethton; her children, Tim Carrier (Becky) of Jackson, SC, Barry Carrier (Tonia) of Elizabethton, Jeanie Williams (Jerry) of Elizabethton and Kelly Thornton (Dan) of Hawkinsville, GA; her grandchildren, Brittany Williams (Shane Whitehead) of Elizabethton, Bryan Williams of Elizabethton, Amanda Leverett (Ted) of Knoxville, TN, Eric Carrier of Aiken, SC, Andrew Carrier (Alexandria) of Tellico Plains, TN, Lauren Carrier of Elizabethton, Kayla Fox (David) of Warner Robbins, GA and Cade Thornton of Macon, GA; and her great grandchildren, Kendra Williams, Paisley Williams of Elizabethton, Jaxon Whitehead of Elizabethton, Ryder Leverett of Knoxville, TN, Hadley Leverett of Knoxville, TN, Reed Fox of Warner Robbins, GA. and Grady Fox of Warner Robbins, GA.. She is also survived by her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
