He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Dean and Diane Parlier Scalf. He is survived by: his wife Rosella Hicks Scalf; his children, Koty Scalf (Jordan), Kaytlyn Scalf, Kyndal Scalf and Kymber Scalf; and his grandchildren, Jaxson, Ellie, Mason and Walker.
A reception was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643).
