He was predeceased by: his father John Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Lowe; his daughter Mary Lowe Harrell; his grandson Noah Evan Harrell; and his great-niece Jennifer Morrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, a sister-in-law, cousins and friends.
