She was predeceased by: her parents, William Belcher and Bernice Day Belcher; her husband John Burnette; her children, Gynith Morrell and Dewey Belcher; and her sister Betty Hicks (Dewey Belcher).
She is survived by: her son Danny Belcher (Rosa) of Bristol, TN; her grandchildren, Sybil Belcher of Niagra Falls, NY, Celeste Belcher of Big Rapids, MI, Crystal Patterson (Danny) of Walnut Cove, NC, Michelle Combs (Arthur Stevens) of Elizabethton, TN, Dewey Belcher of Moore, OK, Phillip Belcher (Myra) of Cartersville, GA, Anthony Burnette (Amy) of Elk Park, NC and Joe Morrell of Elizabethton, TN; and her siblings, Phyllis Finley of Wilco, WV and George Belcher (Joan) of Bristol, VA. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
