He is survived by: his mother Roberta England; his wife Donna England; his children, Chrissy Modlin (Adam) and Robby England (Samantha); his grandchildren, Landon Carter, Wesley Modlin, Lexi England, Haley Modlin and Natalie England; and his siblings, Kenny England (Melissa), Nancy England, Kathy Roach (Jimmy) and Terry England (Shannon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
