He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cooke and Hazel Cooke; and his siblings, Walter Cooke (Doc), Micheal Cooke (Mike), Lucille Scott and Mary Alice Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cooke of Elizabethton; and his children, Mack Arthur Cooke Jr. of Johnson City, Colonel Carter Honeycutt of Elizabethton and April Hardin of Elizabethton. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:20 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park.
