She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Jacob Lowe and Lena Belle Grindstaff Lowe; her former husband Vernon Taylor; her husband Arlie Cole; her daughter Patricia Kay Taylor; and her siblings, Myrtle Estep, Steve Lowe, Jr., Jemema Ensor, Charlie Lowe and Wilma Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Barney Taylor (Beverley) of Middletown, OH and Priscilla Davis (Eddie) of Elizabethton; her brother Lonnie Lowe of Elizabethton; her granddaughter Heather (Austin Church) of Elizabethton; and her great grandchild Matti Abel of Elizabethton. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
