McKinney of Elizabethton; his grandson CJ McKinney of Elizabethton; his nephew Tim McKinney (Christy) of Jonas Ridge, NC; his siblings, Darrell Tolley of Indiana and Shannon Posada (Carlos) of Hampton; his cousin Ronnie Campbell (Phyllis) of Hampton; his nieces and nephews, Sam Sanders (Allie), Laura Garland, Dave Baker, Eddie Buchanan (Diana) and Mike Peters; and his close friends, Dr. Bill Neely and Melissa Leake.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
