It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Edward Dugger of Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Doag Edward Dugger and Phyllis Watson Dugger; his siblings, Brenda Pierce, Nathan Dugger and Randy Dugger; and his significant other Christine Matherly.

He is survived by: his children, Tara Potter (Jackie Harless), Shonda Dugger and Shawn Michael Dugger (Milea Ketron); his grandchildren, Abel Morgan, Hannah Harless, Luke Carter, Amora Dugger, Syrus Dugger, Little Bob Stout, John Stout and Daniel Stout; his siblings, Harvey Dugger and Judy Miller; his siblings' children, Amos Dugger, Tank Dugger, Darren Dugger, Chris Pierce, Brandy Dugger, Becky Dugger, Tabitha Pierce, Jennifer Barker and Tammy Houck; and his cousin Junior Harmon.
