He is survived by: his son Brandon Mayse; his sisters, Margaret Calderon, Phyllis O'Grady, Carolyn Martinez and Rebecca Mayse; his grandchildren, Kelsey Marie Mayse, Bryndon Michael Mayse, Alona White, Titas Cooper Moorfield, Elizabeth Webb, Jenna Webb, Daniel Webb and Christopher Webb; and his close friends, Bo Deloach, Cauline and Joe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other friends.
Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to the family to go towards Michael's services.
