She is survived by: her children, Kathy Gail Phillips of Elizabethton, Sandra Kay Mattingly of Elizabethton and Jamie Wayne Phillips of Elizabethton; her granddaughter Janet Marie Coleman of Elizabethton; and her nephew Tommy Bowers of Elizabethton.
