Nancy Chase Johnson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Chase Johnson of Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Richard Irving Johnson; her parents, Jasper Chase and Myrtle Lyons; her sisters, Ruth Mitchell and Jo Ann Lyons; her brothers-in-law, EJ Johnson and Paul Johnson; her parents-in-law, Ruby and Ed Johnson; her daughters, Melissa Hughes (Arthur) of North Carolina, Susan Johnson and Tina Johnson of Elizabethton; her grandchildren, Richard Lynn Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Artie Hughes and Sara Johnson; her great grandchildren, Mason Johnson, William Maynard and Richie Johnson; her brothers, Charles Chase (Faye), John Chase and Larry Chase (Glenda); her siblings-in-law, Norma Jenkins, Phyllis Minton (Dwight), Margie Parks, Carolyn Slaughter (Mark) and Thomas Lynn Johnson (Barbara); and her niece Paula Johnson. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
