He was predeceased by: his parent Olen Sr.; and his siblings, Acie, Willie, Lacy Justus and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Justus; his children, Diane Clevinger (Denny) of Bastian, VA, Ace Justus (Kay) of Jonesboro, TN and Wesley Justus (Wendy) of Johnson City, TN; his siblings, Polly Blakley (Bobby) of Rising Sun, MD, Pearl Day of Stateline Ridge, VA, Jimmy Justus (Terry) of Bradshaw, WV, Mack Justus of Stateline Ridge, VA and Paris Justus (Virginia) of Liberty, NC.; his grandchildren, Dee, Natasha, Zack, Kyla, Julion and Jacie; and his close friend Maggie. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and pet.
