He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ed and Beulah Lewis; his brothers, Paul E. Lewis, Jr., Shelton K. Lewis, Randy L. Lewis and John G. Lewis; and his parents-in-law, Roy and Mary Louise Simerly.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lewis; his son Terry Lewis (Jaclyn) of Elizabethton; his granddaughter Meagan Lewis of Elizabethton; and his siblings, James D. Lewis (Susan) of Kingsport, Wanye Lewis of Bluff City, Nadine Million of Chattanooga and Rose Smith of Johnson City.
