She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Joseph and Ruby Johnson (Perry); her brothers, E. J. Johnson Jr., Paul Johnson and Richard Johnson; her nephews, Shawn Johnson and Malcolm Johnson; and her niece Debbie Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight Minton; her son Joseph Johnson (Sara); her grandsons, Mason Johnson, Richie Johnson and William Maynard; and her siblings, Norma Jenkins, Margie Parks, Carolyn Slaughter (Mark) and Lynn Johnson (Barbara).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601).
