It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J Barrie of Elizabethton, Tennessee, born in Saint-Thomas, Ontario, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Barrie; and his daughter Stephanie Walz. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Barrie; his children, Kim Brown (Tip) of Johnson City and Jamie Barrie (Maggie) of Ooltewah; his grandchildren, Madison Miles (Zack), Breighana Nolan, Kara Street (Jacob), Scout Walz and Reed Barrie; and his great grandchildren, Quinn and Olive Street. He is also survived by many special friends and cousins.
