He is survived by: his wife Cathryn Bowers Mitchell; his children, Kathy Beam, Regina Milliken (Dale) and James Bowers; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Bradley Beam, Shane, Shawn Milliken and Matthew Bowers; and his siblings, Junior Guinn (Judy), Burchel Guinn (Candy), Tenn, George Guinn, Carrie Hill, Patsy Arnett, Elizabethton, Mary Ann Burrow and Orangedale.
