He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Malley and Lelia Bouscaren Malley; and his brother Richard Malley. He is survived by: his wife Debi Malley; his children, Bob Malley, Jr. (Dianna), Gina Malley-Guevara (Rhoel), Katelynn Meade-Malley and Jeremy Meade-Malley; and his brothers, Tim Malley (Leslie) and Tom Malley (Susan). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to any charity that supports law enforcement and/or the families of fallen officers.
